About The Role

Concept Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Director of Rehabilitation provides clinical leadership and oversight for physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology services while supporting quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall team performance.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and department financial performance
  • Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance
  • Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
  • Participate in facility meetings (UR, QA, Rehab, Falls)
  • Manage departmental resources and reporting
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Prior rehab or therapy management experience preferred; Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
