Project Manager Buildings & Construction

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Civil / Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the planning, design, and execution of national and international construction projects, ensuring they meet structural integrity, safety, and environmental standards.

Your mission is to deliver sustainable, high-quality engineering construction solutions for complex modern challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare cost estimates and project timelines.
• Manage project documentation and report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in structural design or construction management.
• Proficiency in engineering / presentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Procore, Google, MS Office).
• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of building codes (e.g., Eurocodes).
• Fluent in English, romania and as advantage good German communication skills (min. B2 level).
