About The Role

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities

General Purpose: In an outpatient setting, supports standards of care and providing consultation and expertise in the delivery of patient care. Supports activities at the service, nursing practice, and institutional level, and contributes to goal achievement through personal action and the facilitation of others. They participate in community and professional organizations, demonstrating commitment to the promotion of nursing's visibility and future. Provides expert patient care, serves as a resource, consults as requested, and communicates effectively within the unit and service. They also participate in the management of human resources, the development and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, and the monitoring of patient outcomes. May have responsibilities at the unit, program or service level and may assume an expanded role as assigned by leadership

Full-Time Position Available (40hrs) : Day/Evening

Will work closely with the infusion center Leadership team to provide comprehensive clinical across the Pediatric Infusion Center, Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Clinic, and Acute Care Clinic. In addition to supporting expert clinical practice, the ANM will play an integral role in staff education, orientation and onboarding, professional development, and ongoing team engagement. This position will share responsibility for daily clinical operations and partner closely with the existing ANM and multidisciplinary leadership team to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiencies, and promote effective patient care management. Require strong clinical expertise, communication skills, and a commitment to staff development and continuous improvement. A minimum of 3 years of relevant pediatric clinical experience is preferred . BSN required.
