The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Automation Developer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading complex, EMEA-wide projects and campaigns – covering build, testing, activation and reporting setup within Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager – coordinating closely with in-market stakeholders across EMEA and acting as subject matter expert, providing training and support to others
- Implementing content and assets in Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager to support emails, landing pages and forms across multiple EMEA markets, delivering both one-off sends and automated campaigns while ensuring full testing and consistent standards in line with EMEA processes
- Determining opportunities to optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, list segmentation and post-campaign reporting via Eloqua Insight, aligning approaches across EMEA countries to drive continuous improvement in data quality and cycle time
- Supporting the monitoring of Marketing Automation work queues across EMEA, ensuring campaign requests are completed within SLA targets, proactively escalating platform issues and coordinating with the aligned EMEA MA Specialist and regional stakeholder
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2-3 years of equivalent work experience in Oracle Eloqua and Adobe Experience Manager
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Excel and Salesforce
- Experience of working and influencing in a multi-national organization
- High degree of accuracy and ability to work at a detailed level daily, while staying organized with good time management skills
- Eloqua Certification or Eloqua training
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
- Strong verbal, analytical and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- Salesforce.com certification is a major plus
