About The Role

Operate the cutting machine (Diamond Wire Saw Machine) according to the work plan and supervisor's instructions.
Perform vertical and horizontal cutting (Diamond Wire Saw Machine) and thread the diamond wire.
Cut and shape stones into blocks according to standard sizes.
Adjust the machine and set the cutting alignment and dimensions correctly.
Coordinate with the team handling stone slab toppling.
Coordinate with the machinery lifting team.
Maintain and take care of equipment and tools before and after each use.
Oversee the cutting process to ensure adherence to the production plan and quality standards.
Inspect the condition of the stone after cutting and sort out stones that do not meet quality standards.
Notify the supervisor upon discovering any irregularities or machinery malfunctions.
Strictly adhere to safety rules in the quarry area.
