Manager Software Engineering

As a Manager, Software Engineering, you will lead, scale, and inspire the teams building core digital products that support Securitas Guarding services. This position plays a key role in supporting digital product delivery and engineering operations by modernizing engineering practices, improving developer productivity, strengthening operational excellence, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality software on a scale.
