Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its values. Your primary role is to establish and nurture relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, providing product and service information, and resolving any issues that may arise. • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
