About the Role

Talent 360 is looking for a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our creative team and shape the visual direction of our campaigns and brand projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship
• Develop innovative creative concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital content
• Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution
• Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client presentations and creative discussions
• Supervise production processes, photoshoots, and project execution
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Art Direction or creative leadership roles
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing concept development, branding, and high-quality design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinking with a strong eye for detail and creativity
