Technical Engineer

• Review and study project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Ensure that drawings and technical documents are aligned with site conditions and project requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews and identify discrepancies or clashes between drawings and actual site conditions.
• Assist the project team in resolving technical problems and providing practical construction solutions.
• Follow up on technical approvals and ensure that approved documents are properly communicated to the site team.
• Conduct site visits when required to verify technical details and support project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, revisions, technical submissions, and project documentation.
• Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related engineering discipline .
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or technical office work.
• Previous experience in interior fit-out or high-end residential/commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Experience preparing or reviewing shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD .
• Knowledge of Revit, BIM, or other engineering/design software is an advantage.
