**Assistant Manager – Hygiene**

The Assistant Manager – Hygiene is responsible for ensuring that all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained across the hotel. This role supports compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, Hilton Brand Standards, and local health regulations by conducting regular inspections, implementing corrective actions, and delivering hygiene training to team members. The position works closely with Culinary, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Stewarding, Engineering, and Purchasing to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests and team members.
