Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver comprehensive information about our products and services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service processes based on customer insights.
Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to ensure accurate and helpful responses.
Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for improving customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
