Job Short Description: The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional execution of critical manufacturing programs from operational readiness through ramp, stabilization, and sustained mass production.

The role serves as the central integration point across Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, NPI and other supporting functions to ensure manufacturing commitments are delivered in accordance with Quality, Delivery, Cost and Schedule requirements.

Unlike the NPI Program Manager, who primarily owns product introduction and transfer governance, the Manufacturing Program Manager is accountable for translating program requirements into executable factory plans and ensuring that manufacturing readiness, capacity, output ramp, recovery actions and customer commitments are achieved.
