Agility Lead Senior Associate - Digital Portfolio Management

As an Agility Senior Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking organization, you will guide and support solution delivery teams in adopting and tailoring agile practices across the entire product development lifecycle—modernized for AI-enabled delivery. Leveraging advanced knowledge of agile principles and contemporary product operating models, you will facilitate group discussions, promote effective decision-making, and lead collaborative activities that drive continuous improvement and high performance.

In addition, you will help teams introduce new ways of working in an agentic world, where AI assistants and agentic workflows augment analysis, documentation, testing, operations, and delivery execution. You will coach teams on integrating AI into day-to-day ceremonies and execution (e.g., backlog refinement, story slicing, acceptance criteria, risk/controls checks, test strategy, and release readiness), while ensuring strong governance, transparency, and quality outcomes.
