On-site - Cebu 5-10 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Serve as Senior QA Lead and manage the QA Department in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve test plans, test cases and QA strategies.
Review requirements and collaborate with Dev/Product teams to ensure testability and quality standards.
Make final decisions on release quality — you decide if it ships.
Track and report testing progress to the CTO and other key stakeholders.
Mentor junior QA team members and promote a quality-first culture.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks or blockers proactively.

At least 6 years of QA experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in both manual and automated testing.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD workflows.
Skilled in API, Mobile, and Web App testing, including regression and smoke tests.
Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Playwright and similar.
Excellent in analysis, documentation and communication.
