Senior Executive

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will act as the process and domain expert for Travel Voice Operations, supporting US based business travellers. The SME is responsible for handling complex customer interactions, driving resolution for escalations, supporting quality and SLA adherence, and providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and process clarity to front line agents. This role plays a critical part in operational excellence, quality improvement, process compliance, and agent capability building.
