AVP - Healthcare Growth Office Providers

Will be responsible for supporting Account Management activities including account research, solutioning and reporting across EXL’s Healthcare Provider portfolio. The role will begin in a supporting capacity, with opportunities to expand into a more client-facing role over time based on performance.

The role combines account management, presales and solutioning, and account management & sales operations support. The individual will work closely with account managers, client executives, sales, solutioning, delivery, operations, and offshore teams to translate client priorities into practical, executable solutions while ensuring disciplined reporting, pipeline governance, and measurable business value.
