About The Role
- Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements
- Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability
- Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM) of new product designs and drive improvements.
- Manage process development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloom requirements
- Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process.
- Deployment of quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .
- Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global suppliers
- Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures
- Drive Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes .
- Review and evaluate supplier Quality data to identify process improvement opportunities
- RMA handling and drive the actions
- Education, Skills and Experience
- Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD
- •4-6 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries
- •BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- •Technical Knowledge to demonstrate suppliers
- •Quality Management System auditing experience
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- •Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,
- •Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
