About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial & Market Research Analyst to conduct in-depth studies for real estate and investment projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, solid experience in the real estate market, and good knowledge of AI tools to support analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare market studies and industry analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies for new and existing projects
- Develop detailed financial reports and projections
- Analyze market trends, risks, and investment opportunities
- Use AI tools to enhance research, data analysis, and reporting
- Present findings clearly to management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong financial background
- Well knowledge of AI tools and data analysis
- Proven experience in the real estate market
- Age range: 30โ40 years
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience
Previous experience in real estate market analysis is mandatory
