IT Operations Lead for Mall Systems & Data Platforms

Lead IT operations for mall systems and data platforms, ensuring high availability, security, and scalable performance through effective incident management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain 99.9% service availability monthly
• Reduce incidents and MTTR through process improvements
• Ensure data platform reliability and performance
• Drive security compliance across operations
• Deliver cost-effective vendor and capacity management

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years IT operations leadership experience
• Experience with data platforms (ETL, streaming, warehousing)
• Strong background in system monitoring and incident management
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience managing vendors and cross-team SLAs
• NOC/SOC operations
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana)
• Incident/problem management (ITIL)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Data platform operations (ETL/ELT, pipelines)
• Network and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Security controls (SIEM, IAM, vulnerability management)
