We are seeking a General Helper responsible for the accurate and efficient traying of meals on the assembly line while ensuring strict adherence to food safety, portion control, and hygiene standards. In this role, you will oversee proper meal assembly, assign tasks to associates, and ensure correct utensil use, portioning, and cleanliness throughout the process. You will also complete final meal counts for regular and special diets, including bulk meals, and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete prior to shipment.
