About The Role
ACTIVITIES
Planning & Scheduling
- •Develop and maintain the project schedule (levels 1 to 4).
- •Define the schedule structure (WBS, milestones, interfaces).
- •Consolidate schedules from different disciplines and/or contractors.
- •Identify the critical path, float, and delay risks.
- •Propose schedule optimization and catch-up scenarios.
- Progress tracking
- •Collect, analyze, and integrate actual physical progress data.
- •Update schedules and completion forecasts on weekly basis.
- •Analyze variances (baseline vs. actual vs. forecast) and identify their causes.
Reporting
•Periodic reports preparation (weekly/monthly)
- o planning progress,
- okey milestones,
- o performance indicators (KPIs),
- o alerts and critical points.
•Provide reporting inputs for
- o IMA Project overall integrated planning,
- o Reporting to Project and LBU management,
- o Reporting to partners.
- •Ensure the consistency and reliability of the data disseminated.
- Coordination & interfaces
•Working closely with
- o Project Control / Cost Control,
- o technical teams,
- o EPC contractors,
- o project management.
- •Participate in project meetings (planning, coordination, reviews).
- Methods & tools
- •Apply the project's planning and reporting procedures and standards.
- •Proactively suggest improvements to methods and tools.
- Oil and gas multi-disciplinary project execution and interfaces   
- Primavera P6     
- Power BI / outils BI 
- Analytical and synthesis skills 
- Proactivity and constructive critical thinking 
- (Degree of mastery: 1: weak - 2: medium - 3: good - 4: excellent)
- Professional Experience (number of years) : 10
- Experience in planning and reporting within project with EPC contract: (number of years) : 10
