Job Summary

• $10,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates with a 2 year commitment
• The Physical Therapist plans and provides treatment to meet a patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• You will develop and implement the physical therapy plan and establish a plan of care for patients.
• You will advocate, communicate, and educate patients of all ages while showing competence, awareness, and sensitivity of their physical, emotional and sociopsychological needs.
• This role provides a leadership opportunity as you will mentor PTAs, students, and volunteers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor, Master, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• PT License in State of practice
• CPR

SCHEDULE DETAILS

• Primarily Outpatient
• Flexible Schedule - Monday through Friday
• Weekend/Holiday coverage on a rotation
