About The Role

The Oracle Lead is accountable for the overall stability, performance, and continuous improvement of Seaspan Marine Group’s (SMG) use of the Oracle ERP platform. This role provides functional and platform leadership for Oracle ERP, ensuring the system aligns with business priorities and delivers reliable, scalable solutions across the organization. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the functional teams, the Oracle Lead owns demand management, prioritization, business alignment, and delivery oversight for system enhancements, process improvements, and functional support. They will partner with other technical teams where changes intersect with integrations, data flows or enterprise architecture-related activities. The Oracle Lead drives the delivery of governance within the Oracle framework, and develops and executes platform standards, directly leading SMG's Oracle team and functional use, while coordinating with cross-functional partners on delivery.
