Responsibilities

Transportation

• Preparing shipping plans based on customer orders in SAP.
• Communicating with transportation providers regarding shipments.
• Preparing pick lists.
• Preparing shipping documentation for EU deliveries and export documentation for shipments outside the EU.
• Intercompany Orders – Münster
• Entering orders into SAP based on Memos.
• Processing corrections and returns in SAP.

Labels for Finished Goods

• Ordering and monitoring inventory levels of labels used for finished products.
• Communicating with suppliers.
• Coordinating the change management process.

Laminating Film Orders

• Creating purchase orders.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers.

Orders for Finished Goods

• Ordering finished products such as PUR products, mineral wool products, tapes, and protective covers from designated suppliers based on sales department orders.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers.

Annual Inventory

Entering inventory data into SAP.

Transport Invoices

Reviewing and coding transport invoices.

Projects and Ad-hoc Tasks

• Performing additional tasks not listed above that are related to ongoing company projects.
• Carrying out ad-hoc assignments as delegated by management.

Job Requirements

Education

Minimum secondary education.

Professional Experience

1–3 years of experience.

Relevant Areas of Experience

Logistics Department, Customer Service, or related fields.

Skills and Knowledge

• Organizational skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Communication skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Language Skills

Intermediate English.

Additional Requirements

Knowledge of basic warehouse management principles.
