The Project Manager – Fit-Out is responsible for leading the planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of all fit-out and architectural finishing works. The role ensures all works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, project schedules, quality standards, authority regulations, and luxury development standards. Working closely with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, façade specialists, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager will drive seamless coordination across all disciplines to ensure timely project completion, successful testing and handover, and exceptional finishing quality.
