The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites, ensuring successful project execution from startup through completion. This role provides technical expertise, oversees installation activities, supports assembly teams, and coordinates with Engineering, Customer Service, Project Management, and contractors to resolve onsite issues. The technician conducts equipment inspections, verifies proper operation, documents corrective actions, and delivers customer training and support. Strong customer-facing communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills are essential to ensure customer satisfaction, maintain project schedules, and support continuous operational excellence both in the field and within the production facility.
