Consultant for the Development of Loss & Damage Methodology Recommendations and Biennial Transparency Reporting Guidance in North Africa – Type B

North African countries are strengthening the integration of climate-related Loss and Damage (L&D) into climate policies and NDC 3.0 processes. To support this effort, IOM and UNDP are developing a practical methodology to assess and estimate economic and non-economic climate losses across sectors and vulnerable populations, helping governments improve planning, reporting, investment decisions, and access to climate finance through a robust framework and two illustrative country applications.
