IT Administrator (Internal IT Support Specialist)
mayflower (recruitee) · Limassol, Lemesos, Cyprus
About The Role
Mayflower is a profitable technology company with more than 10 years of industry experience. We build and operate large-scale products that handle millions of interactions every day, creating seamless experiences for users across the globe.
Right now we are looking for a IT Administrator (Internal IT Support Specialist) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
User Support & Service Delivery
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support, focusing on end-user experience rather than backend systems.
- Provide hands-on, white-glove IT support to office employees — both in-person (at their desks) and remotely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, peripherals, office network connectivity, and software applications used daily by staff.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring user-facing problems and implement process improvements to reduce ticket volume.
- Ensure SLAs are met and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Corporate Systems & Endpoint Management
- Administer and optimize SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom) — manage user access, licenses, and configurations.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of user accounts: onboarding, offboarding, and access rights management.
- Manage corporate endpoints (laptops, mobile devices) using MDM solutions like JAMF Pro (Mac) and Intune (Windows).
- Maintain a secure and up-to-date inventory of all office hardware and software assets.
Office Infrastructure (End-User Focus)
- Maintain and support office networking equipment (Wi-Fi, switches, VPNs) to ensure stable connectivity for all staff.
- Oversee video conferencing and meeting room systems (e.g., Polycom, Logitech), ensuring they are always operational for internal and client meetings.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for hardware procurement, repairs, and office technology upgrades.
Backup & Data Protection (End-User Data)
- Manage backup solutions for end-user data (laptops, shared drives) to ensure business continuity in case of hardware failure.
- Monitor data retention policies and assist users with data recovery when needed.
