Salary range (but not limited to)
101,800 - 124,400
Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Vous travaillerez sur un produit destiné à offrir une expérience hors-pairs dans le processus de configuration et d’achat de l’assurance en ligne.
Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous
- Faire partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire de haut niveau.
- Résoudre des problèmes et des défis complexes.
- Aider l’équipe à progresser en participant aux revues de conception, de code et de sécurité.
- Participer aux différentes rencontres Agile / Scrum.
- Intégrer un environnement de travail performant favorisant l’autonomie et contribuer à créer une ambiance de travail chaleureuse et sympathique
Ce que vous mettrez à profit
- Baccalauréat en technologie de l’information/Ingénierie logicielle ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente.
- 6 à 10 ans d’expérience
- Connaissance du mode Agile/Scrum et l’esprit DevOps
- Passionné par la création de produits logiciels.
- Stimulé par les défis.
- Créatif, curieux et ingénieux.
- Joueur d’équipe prêt à contribuer et à recevoir du feedback.
- Excellent vulgarisateur capable d’expliquer ses idées à divers intervenants.
- Organisé, proactif et moteur de changement.
- À l’aise de travailler dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution.
- Technologies demandées :
- Très bonne connaissance du langage Angular, Javascritpt, Css (85%).
- Bonne connaissance du langage Java (15%).
- Dev Web : Angular – JAVA – Spring Boot + Spring Cloud - MongoDB / Oracle / SOAP
- Outils : Github – JIRA – Confluence – Teams - IntelliJ
- CI/CD : Jenkins – Veracode – SonarQube – Twistlock
- Hosting : Docker - Kubernetes – OpenShift – Elastic Search / Logstash / Kibana
- Bilinguisme (Français / Anglais) – Nécessite d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
