Salary range (but not limited to)

118,700 - 145,100

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Directeur(trice) – Consolidation & Projets spéciaux au sein de l’équipe Finances corporatives . Dans ce rôle clé, vous contribuerez directement à la croissance de l’organisation en pilotant des projets financiers structurants et en renforçant la qualité de l’information financière consolidée destinée à la haute direction et aux parties prenantes externes.

Vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’identification, la priorisation et la livraison d’initiatives complexes (transformation, optimisation, acquisitions), tout en apportant un soutien ponctuel aux activités de divulgation et de clôture selon les priorités d’affaires. Le poste requiert une expertise solide en finance d’entreprise, notamment en information de gestion, consolidation, divulgation financière, ainsi qu’une capacité démontrée à mobiliser des équipes et livrer des résultats dans un environnement dynamique.

Relevant de la Directrice principale, Consolidation du Groupe, vous contribuerez notamment à

• Identifier, structurer et déployer des opportunités d’amélioration de processus et d’automatisation, en tirant profit des outils technologiques et de l’intelligence artificielle, afin d’augmenter l’efficacité et d’améliorer la qualité, la fiabilité et la rapidité de l’information financière disponible pour la haute direction.
• Piloter et exécuter des projets financiers complexes et transversaux (ex. : transformation finance, optimisation de processus, acquisitions, mise en place de nouvelles normes IFRS, intégration) en assurant une gouvernance, des échéanciers et des livrables clairs.
• Soutenir les équipes de consolidation et informations financières dans le traitement des transactions spéciales, l’avancement de leurs projets respectifs et, au besoin, lors des clôtures trimestrielles.
• Contribuer à l’évolution de l’environnement de contrôles internes en participant aux initiatives visant à renforcer la robustesse, la documentation et l’efficacité des contrôles.
• Coordonner les travaux de vérification associés aux initiatives de transformation avec les vérificateurs externes.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les divers départements de finance dans la réalisation de vos activités;
• Encadrer et développer les membres de l’équipe, en favorisant un climat de collaboration, de responsabilisation et de performance.
• Appuyer la Directrice principale (ou la direction) dans toute demande ad hoc et tout projet spécial, selon les besoins

Exigences

• Titre comptable CPA
• 8+ années d’expérience pertinente, notamment en consolidation et divulgation financière
• Connaissance des IFRS (atout)
• Expérience en entreprise publique et/ou dans le secteur de l’assurance, dans un contexte international et multidevises (atout)
• Expérience démontrée en gestion de projets financiers complexes (acquisition, transformation, intégration, optimisation, etc.)
• Excellentes habiletés de communication, capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à évoluer dans un contexte dynamique
• Fortes aptitudes d’analyse, de synthèse, sens des priorités et rigueur
• Leadership, esprit d’équipe, autonomie et capacité à interagir efficacement à tous les niveaux de l’organisation
• Agilité et capacité d’apprentissage rapide
• Bilinguisme français/anglais requis (écrit et oral)
• Microsoft Office: intermédiaire/avancé
• Connaissance d’ERP et d’outils de consolidation/divulgation (ex. : Oracle, Workiva)
• Connaissance des outils d’intelligence artificielle (un atout)
