Locally Led Funding Specialist - Kyiv, Ukraine

The Locally Led Funding Adviser will lead efforts to develop a more coordinated and effective ecosystem for locally led resource mobilisation in Ukraine. This includes establishing and facilitating a Community of Practice and a multi‑stakeholder Working Group to improve collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and alignment across funding actors. Success in the role means stronger coordination, practical tools and policy guidance, and increased access to diverse funding streams for Ukrainian civil society organisations.

The role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with travel as required. The contract will start as soon as possible and runs until 31 December 2026, with the possibility of extension subject to funding, performance, and partner needs. The role to the Director of the Alliance of Ukrainian CSOs.
