What We’re Looking For

• ✅ A positive, can-do attitude
• ✅ Willingness to learn and work well in a team
• ✅ Prior landscape construction experience
• ✅ Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• ✅ Valid driver’s license
• ✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical job demands
• ✅ Able to pass a drug screen (if requested)
• ✅ Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire , not before)

Requirements

• ✅ Prior landscape construction experience
• ✅ Valid driver’s license
• ✅ Dependable and reliable transportation to and from job sites
• ✅ Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform a wide range of tasks
• ✅ Willing and able to pass a drug screen upon request
• ✅ Completion of M.U.S.T. safety modules (required after hire)
• ✅ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
• Wage Rates (based on skill set)

• Base rate: $20.61 -$26.93/hour
• Vacation: $3.00
• Health Care: $6.00
• Annuity: $3.00
• Training: $.10
• LECET: $.06

-IAP: $.10

• TOTAL: $23.71- $39.19/hr

Advancement based on skills, attitude and job performance.
