Objective

• Perform valuation of Real Estate assets including technical review, consultancy and market analysis
• Assist the team in project management/ working result quality control /people management

Accountabilities

• Lead and execute assigned projects/engagements smoothly and efficiently with fully responsibility undertaken
• Preparation of Valuations in the PRC – including market research, data analysis, site inspections, preparation of valuations and report writing
• To liaise with clients, auditors, investment bankers, lawyers and other intermediaries in the course of completing the assignment
• Build/Participate and maintain influential relationships with clients
• Cooperation Assistance to and cooperation with other departments or projects are satisfactory
• Business leadership proactively seek to improve the business, the working environment and team performance
• Carry out any other assignments as instructed by Department Head or other company directors

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Graduate degree in real estate, surveying, economics or business related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Qualified member of a real estate / property institute(s) is a plus (eg. CIREA, RICS, HKIS etc.)
• Available for frequent business travel
• Hands-on knowledge in MS applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
