About The Role

Oversee and mentor individual producers to maximize their potential by setting, communicating and managing sales and activity targets, with the aim to building relationships with targeted referral partners
Oversee and mentor the Client Services team to ensure seamless and efficient post-sales process while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
Manage individual Client Relationship Manager’s review activity
Lead the Consultant Development Program for Hong Kong office, to mentor and develop Client Relationship Managers to maximize individual potential
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure overall compliance to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory policies as dictated by local regulatory body
