About The Role
We are hiring experienced Floor Supervisor for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor waiters, hosts, and service staff during operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest concerns and escalate issues when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance
- Assist in staff training and onboarding
- Support reservation handling and guest seating arrangements
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOPs
- Assist management in achieving operational and service goals
- Prepare shift handover and daily operational updates if required
