About the Role

Ultimate Peaks is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the executive leadership team in a dynamic tech company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating communication between departments to help scale our company efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Support the CEO and executive team in planning and execution of strategic initiatives
Coordinate and track progress of projects across product, engineering, marketing, and other teams
Analyze operational data and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions
Facilitate communication and alignment among different departments to ensure organizational goals are met
Manage meetings, agendas, and follow-up to ensure timely completion of action items
Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve operational workflows

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic/operations role in a tech company or fast-paced startup environment
Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and metrics to drive decisions
Proficient in collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
