National Consultant on Vocational Training Outcomes Assessment and Consolidated Impact Reporting

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and the direct supervision of the National Project Officer (Livelihood), the Consultant will conduct a comprehensive assessment of vocational training interventions implemented under the Livelihood+ Project. The Consultant will review and analyze existing project data, including progress trackers, monitoring data, beneficiary assessments, vocational training consultants’ reports, and other relevant project documentation, to assess the effectiveness, relevance, outcomes, and sustainability of vocational training activities. The Consultant will produce evidence-based findings and actionable recommendations to inform future livelihoods and economic empowerment programming.
