About The Role

Functional BA: The role requires functional Business Analyst with expertise in creating user stories, mock-ups, workflows, use cases and process mapping.
Technical Knowledge (Good to have, not mandatory): having a good understanding of technical aspects is a value addition.
Banking Domain Expertise: Experience in Client Life Clycle -Banking journeys like onboarding, customer screening , KYC/CDD reviews etc is a must have.
Agile methodology: Experience with Agile practices and tools is essential (Jira, Confluence).
Tools: Hands on experience with Visio for creating mock-ups and workflows is preferred, though prior experience with other tools is acceptable.
Experience Level: Candidates with 10-12+ years of experience in the industry are preferred.
