Associate Consultant - Automation

• College graduate or equivalent; relevant BS degree (e.g., IE, Business, CS, Supply Chain) ​
• Internships or early experience in logistics, maritime, or enterprise software preferred ​
• Solid foundational software skills: configuration, basic integrations, and system troubleshooting ​
• Demonstrable experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, AVA, Gemini, Claude…) to support documentation and analysis
• Supports Ka leris SCE implementation tasks under guidance of Senior Consultants and Project Managers ​
• Participates actively in Orientation and Analysis sessions: asking questions and documenting requirements ​
• Uses AI-assisted tools to accelerate documentation, issue logging, and deliverable preparation ​
• Logs and tracks customer issues in Salesforce with accurate steps and artifacts for swift resolution ​
• Follows standardized implementation playbooks and contributes to continuous improvement of team assets ​
• Eagerness to learn Kaler is SCE products and relevant business processes rapidly ​
• Works under close supervision of Senior Consultants and Project Managers ​
• Accountable for assigned tasks; proactively communicates progress and blockers ​
• Follows established processes and methodologies; contributes to team knowledge base ​
• Receives structured mentoring; actively applies feedback to accelerate learning ​
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional language a plus ​
• Develops professional relationships with customer counterparts and Kaleris team members ​
• Listens actively and communicates clearly in customer-facing and internal settings ​
• Maintains composure and professionalism when dealing with challenges or ambiguity ​
