• Campion International is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

Position: Business Development Representative

• 📍 Location: City Time Square 2, Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu
• 💼 Work Setup: On-site
• 💰 Compensation: Commission-Based

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and prospecting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Present and promote Campion International's services to potential clients and partners
• Conduct follow-ups and coordinate with prospects throughout the sales process
• Negotiate and close business opportunities
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and business activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Proven experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or client acquisition is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and client outreach
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in healthcare, recruitment, education, or international services is an advantage

Compensation

• 💰 Commission-Based Position
