About The Role

CRNA opportunity with an enhanced compensation package in breathtaking Chattanooga, TN! Founded in 1971, Parkridge Medical Center offers compassionate care and advanced technology in a comfortable and convenient setting. The 275-bed hospital near downtown Chattanooga features comprehensive diagnostic and medical/surgical services, including cardiovascular surgery, cancer treatment, intensive care, orthopedic and spine surgery, and rehabilitation. As part of the Parkridge Health System, patients also have access to OB-GYN services, a level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and behavioral health treatment centers for children and adults. 30 anesthesiologists and 100 CRNAs work together in a care team model. This care team model means that we focus on giving everyone a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping them to deliver care excellence.

Total Rewards

  • Salary: up to $242,500 a year based on schedule and experience!

Case Assignments & Schedule

  • Schedule: Call taking, non-call taking, fixed and part time options are available.
  • Orthopedic, general, GI, cardiac, pulmonary cases, endovascular, electrophysiology, neurosurgery, GYN and a small amount of pediatric anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements

  • Current license as a registered professional nurse
  • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
  • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
