Senior Application Development Engineer

Your Tasks

• You will work on complex adhesive bonding tasks from a variety of markets.
• You will develop customer-specific solutions, including process integration.
• You will provide technical advice to our demanding customers in Germany and abroad.
• You will implement technologies in the manufacturing process of the respective customer in cooperation with sales and product management.
• You will conduct feasibility studies and derive the necessary conclusions
• You will be familiar with the current state of the art and continue to expand your technical expertise
• In the future, you will take on personnel management within the team and be responsible for task allocation, including resource allocation

Your Skills

• Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in project work and/or project management of technical products requiring explanation
• Analytical and cross-departmental mindset as well as very good organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for the engineering development of process solutions, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
