Facility Coordinator

• Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Support office moves, space planning, and workplace setup
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed
• Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses
• Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be

$20.50 - $30.59
