What You'll Do

  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Partner with leaders to monitor staffing needs and proactively manage open positions.
  • Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems with precision and confidentiality.
  • Assist leaders with HR-related questions, policies, and best practices.
  • Help create and support initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, employment practices, and HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.

Licenses/Certification

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Experience

  • One-year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
