Instructional Design Senior Coordinator

The Senior Instructional Design Coordinator designs, develops, implements, and maintains learning solutions that support business objectives and learner performance. Working across multiple delivery formats, including e-learning, video, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), performance support tools, and digital learning experiences, this role partners with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders to create engaging, effective, and scalable learning solutions. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong instructional design, content development, communication, and problem-solving skills, embraces new tools and technologies, and continuously seeks opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.
