Key Responsibilities

• ·   Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.
• ·   Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.
• ·   Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.
• ·   Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• ·   Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• ·   Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.
•  

Qualifications

• ·   10+ years of IT experience with 5–7+ years in Snowflake.
• ·   Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
• ·   Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• ·   Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ·   P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.
