We are hiring Credit Card Operations Associates to support various functions including Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Credit Card Collections, and Customer Service. Candidates will be assigned to the respective process based on business requirements, language proficiency, and skill fit. Freshers are welcome for FRM and Customer Service roles, while Collections requires relevant experience and DRA certification.
