About The Role

  • 1.制定产品OQA出货流程、规则建立及相关系统搭建；
  • 2.负责产品缺陷及外观监控，异常原因分析/客诉反馈及追踪改善；
  1. ADC defect分类准确度提升。
  • 1.4年以上半导体QA经验，至少2年OQA经验
  • 2.有计量/校准相关经验者优先
  • 3.良好的中英文沟通能力
  • 4.能够领导和推动项目
  • 5.可以进行跨职能备份（外部审计/巡回审查、质量体系CIP、质量会议、质量培训-MSA、IPD等）
