About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Listings Executive to join our Listings team within the Banking Department of our Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for an established listings professional with significant experience advising on debt securities listings and regulatory submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Listings, Banking Partners and lawyers, managing a broad range of Irish and international listing transactions from inception through to admission.

A Senior Listings Executive acts as an approved intermediary with the Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI") and/or Euronext Dublin ("Euronext"), coordinating the listing process between issuers, arrangers, legal advisers and regulatory authorities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient execution of listings while maintaining the highest standards of client service and regulatory compliance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of debt securities listing transactions on Euronext Dublin and other applicable exchanges.
  • Review and annotate prospectuses against the relevant Prospectus Regulation annexes for submission to the CBI.
  • Review and annotate listing particulars against the applicable Global Exchange Market and Euronext rules.
  • Coordinate regulatory approval processes and manage transaction timelines through to successful admission to listing and trading.
  • Review and analyse comments received from the CBI, Euronext and other regulatory bodies and coordinate responses.
  • Liaise directly with issuers, arrangers, trustees, corporate service providers, legal advisers and regulatory authorities throughout the listing process.
  • Prepare and review all supporting documentation required for regulatory submissions and final admission applications.
  • Monitor developments in listing regulations, market practice and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to junior team members and assist with training and onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal procedures, templates and best practice processes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and consistently deliver a high standard of service across all transactions.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Listings practice.

Experience and Attributes

  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in debt listings, capital markets, financial services, legal services or a related regulatory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation, Euronext Dublin listing requirements and applicable regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially minded with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous.

Preferred Skill Set (but not required)

  • Legal background or qualification
  • Experience acting on listed debt programmes and debt capital market transactions.
  • Experience interacting directly with the CBI, Euronext Dublin or other stock exchanges.
