About The Role
AWS is one of Amazon's fastest growing businesses, servicing millions of customers in more than 190 countries, reshaping the way global enterprises consume information technology and powering the developers who are building the next generation of global industry leaders. AWS is seeking an experienced Korean Speaking Sales Specialist to help us establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect - Amazon's Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). This exciting service is part of the growing SaaS offerings from AWS such as Amazon Supply Chain and Clean Rooms.
- Drive revenue and market share for AWS
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Develop and execute against a sales plan
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners and OEM's to extend reach & drive adoption of AWS solutions
- Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration
- Team with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, and Partners at the CxO level
- Think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
- Build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience
- Proficient in Korean, and English to partner with local customers, and collaborate with global and regional teams
- Proven track record in enterprise sales in areas such as telecommunications, VoIP, CRM/ERP applications, call/contact center and/or integration of complex solutions
- Ability to interact at the CxO/VP level as well as with developers and technical architects
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
- Experience developing detailed go to market plans
